This Privacy Policy explains how Padaly (“Padaly”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use the Padaly application, website and related services.

1. Information we collect

Padaly is designed to work without a user account. We do not intentionally collect names, contact lists, precise location, payment details or advertising identifiers through the app.

2. Match and score data

Scores and match information may be processed and stored locally on the device to provide scorekeeping functions. Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, this information is not transmitted to Padaly.

3. Camera permission

If Padaly uses the camera to recognise a hand gesture, camera access is used only for that feature. Where recognition is performed on the device, images and video are not stored or sent to Padaly. Permission can be withdrawn through the device settings.

4. Website logs

Our website host may temporarily process basic technical logs such as an IP address, browser type and request time for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

5. Third-party platforms

Apple and Google may process information when the app is downloaded or used through their platforms. Any third-party service used by the final app must be described here and in the relevant app-store privacy declarations.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for behavioural advertising. Limited information may be processed by providers that host, secure or distribute the service.

7. Retention and deletion

Locally stored scores remain on the device until they are deleted, the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Website security logs are retained only for an appropriate limited period.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal data and may complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

Padaly is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the app, website or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
